Damit stehen den unterschiedlichen Nutzern inner- wie auch au\u00dferuniversit\u00e4rer Einrichtungen als auch Start-Ups die vielf\u00e4ltigen M\u00f6glichkeiten der konventionellen aber auch der h\u00f6chstaufl\u00f6senden und analytischen Mikro-Charakterisierung offen. W\u00e4hrend das R\u00f6ntgenmikroskop XRadia 810 Ultra ausschlie\u00dflich durch entsprechend geschulte Mitarbeiter des Lehrstuhls f\u00fcr Mikrostrukurbasiertes Materialdesign (Prof. Wehrspohn) sowie vom BCMC direkt genutzt werden kann, stehen weitere Mikrostrukturaufkl\u00e4rungsger\u00e4te entsprechend der zeitlichen Kapazit\u00e4ten eingewiesenen Nutzern zur eigenst\u00e4ndigen Arbeit zur Verf\u00fcgung. Die Nutzung f\u00fcr Serviceauftr\u00e4ge, weitere Dienstleistungen des BCMC sowie die Kosten werden in der <a href=\"https:\/\/bcmc.physik.uni-halle.de\/en\/nutzungsordnung\/\">Nutzungsordnung<\/a>
